In 2000 I was referred to a couple in their 50's who had been renting for years.  We found a home that met their needs that was tenant occupied.   It turns out the tenant  had plans to move to New Mexico to be closer to their family so my clients were able to move in right away.

In 2022 my clients decided to move to Colorado to be closer to family.  They decided to sell the home AS IS and listed the home for sale for $1,100,000.  We had a few offers, the highest from a developer and the home sold for $1,450,000.    In late 2023 the developer sold the home for $1,950,000
